Payment Cycle

1. Weekly services payment schedule: After every 7 days, an invoice will be generated and payment for the same needs to be paid (in advance). Non advance payment may incur a penalty of Rs. 500 /day

2. Fortnight services payment schedule: 50 % advance must be done in case of fortnight services.

3. Monthly services payment schedule: This will be an advance payment service, so 15 days advance payment will be required to be deposited, else, by default Weekly cycle will be applied.

Terms and Conditions on Payments

Medi Serve Health Care will not be held responsible if any money is paid to the caregiver. The service cost must be paid to Medi Serve Health Care, and the amount paid to the caregiver will not be changed to reflect the service price.

Any payment received through cheque that is dishonored or bounced due to issues at the client’s end could result in a penalty.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after service dismissal, following a 7-day notice period in the scenario in which the patient recovers, and a 3-day notice period in the case that the patient re-hospitalizes or passes away. The refund process will take two to three business days to complete

In case of cancellation of services, a minimum amount of 2-3 days must be deducted will be done within 2 or 3 working days

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule any appointment by contacting (+92) 321 840 6903 no later than 24 hours before the planned appointment, otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the service charge.
In the event of a rescheduling request, Medi Serve Health Care cannot ensure that the same Caregiver will be available at the rescheduled time.
Medi Serve Health Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointments without prior notice.
